5.Methods of Participation
5.1 Participants and registration.
5.1.1 Professional roller teams and individuals registered in the World Inline Marathon Cup Organization (WIC), registration made by WIC;
5.1.2 Rollers from other countries and regions who are not registered in WIC must apply for the Registration to Harbin Organizer directly;
5.1.3 Chinese rollers including Hongkong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region(the Abbreviated form as HKSAR and MSAR will be in following) and Chinese Taibei need to do the registration through their Federations/Teams or Units to Harbin Organizer;
5.1.4 Each age Groups Rollers participated in "mini group" need to do the registration through their Federations / Teams. Those rollers under age of 12, their guardians need to sign on the registration form;
5.1.5 Patients suffered from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, hypertension, high / low blood sugar, mental disorders, motor organ dysfunction patients etc.,are not allowed to take part in the Cup;
5.2 Requirements and methods for registration making.
5.2.1 Initial registration: the time when this Rules & Regulations is published up to 10 June 2017; the deadline of the final registration is 20 June 2017;
5.2.2 Registration making can be through The Official website:www.hrblunhuaxh.com ,and also can download the registration form to sign up with a letter;
5.2.3 The registration making in the location of the Organizing Committee is also allowed;
5.3 Participants are required to submit the following documents and information for registration.
5.3.1 One copy of the ID card (Foreigners provide A copy of the Passport);
5.3.2 Two participant photos (front, bareheaded, in two inches) and electronic deliverty of the photos are also acceptable;
5.3.3 A registration form;
5.3.4 A statement of the registration
(rollers less than 12 years old, guardians should signed on the statement);
5.3.5 A valid personal accident insurance during the competition;

6. Competition Methods
Implementing 2017 WIC Rulebook and the relevant provisions of the CIC rules
6.1 Group(A): Professional roller teams and individual players registered in the WIC
Distances: 42 km.
6.2 Group(B): China Jiangsu Province X-Tech/Mtc Roller Team ,China Police-Hangzhou Rally Roller Team, China Qianwei X-Tech Roller Team,China Haining International Roller Sports Center Team, and Chinese Taibei Teams, HKSAR Teams, MSAR Teams and those Foreign Countries & Regions Teams which are not registered in WIC: Distances 42km.
6.3 Group(C):The same teams and participants as the above,Distances 21km.
6.4 Group(D) Middle & aged rollers of China mainland, Chinese Taibei, HKAAR, MSAR, and the Foreign Countries & Regions:Distances 12km.
(50--60 years old, born on and from 1957,01,01--1967,12,31). 6.5 Group (E) senior amaeur rollers in mainland of China: Distances 18km.
(18--49 years old, born from 1968,01,01--1999,12,31).
6.6 Group(F) junior amateur rollers in mainland of China:Distances 12km.
(15--17 years old,born from 2000,01,01--2002,12,31).
6.7 Group(G) young junior rollers in China and world wide:Distances 12km.
(13--14 years old, born from 2003,01,01--2004,12,31).
6.8 Group(H) Rollers participating in mini group, are not limited by age: Distances 3-6 km.
With the exception of mini groups, all rollers are required to take the timing chips. The Rollers results will be determined by electronic timing system together with finish line video taking. Rollers will receive a timing chip at checking in. And each roller must deposit 500 yuan for the chip. Chips lost, the deposit will not be refundable.
7. Track
7.1 The race track is located in the Songbei Road, Songbei District, it is a closed ring track in aspbalt pavement, and it is istated to two ways, one lap 6.6km, the width of one way is not less than 8m.
7.2 Each race closing time is as follows.
7.2.1 Groups(A),(B)and (C) groups track
closing time: the first Rollers’ results (time) multiplied by 1.3 coefficient;
7.2.2 (D)--(G) groups closing time, the first rollers’ time multiplied by 1.4 coefficient;
7.2.3 "Mini-Group" race no limitation
time, that is, all the players can skate the whole distances;
8. Clothing and Equipment
8.1 In addition to the "mini group" players, the other groups must be in the team uniform clothing, must wear helmets, players numbers, game chips, etc., or they are not to be allowed to participate in the race . Recommended players wearing guards for knee, elbow and other parts; Participants in the Mini-group, must wear helmets, knee pads, guards for elbow and wrist etc. and must wear the T-shirt provided by the Organizer, or they are not allowed to participate in the race.
8.2 All players’ skates and other equipment, that must meet WIC Rules.
8.2.1 Wheels with diameter 125cm are permitted in road marathon race;
8.2.2 Skates length including the wheels must not exceed 50cm;
8.2.3 Do not use the wheel frame prominent,
with hidden danger and unsafety.
9.Awarding
9.1 (A) and (B) groups players will be awarded the bonus for the top 15 men and the top 10 women players according to the manual of WIC rules, the prize money distribution in appendix;The awarded players, will receive certificates, souvenirs, mascots; the first 3 players will be awarded medals.
9.2 Rollers in Group(B) to (G) will have a ranking and awarding respectively and the awarding will be inplemented in the follow ways.
9.2.1 Rollers members on and exceeded 40 in one group, the first 12 will be awarded;
9.2.2 Rollers members from and on 15 to 39 in one group, the first 8 will be awarded;
9.2.3 Rollers members from and on 5 to 14 in one group, the half of them will be awarded;
9.2.4 Rollers members are inadequate to 4 in one group, the race will be informal, and the rollers will receive presents;
The total prize money of RMB 100,000 will be awarded to the above groups ,The distribution is shown in the appendix. In addition to the bonus, the first three prizers in each group will be awarded medals; The other awarded rollers will receive certificates, souvenirs and prize money;
No ranking and time results for “mini group “rollers, but all of them will receive the commemorative medals, certificates, T-shirts, bags with souvenirs,and mascots, etc.
10.Accident insurance and medical care
in the race.
10.1 WIC registered professional teams and foreign players, need to apply for accident insurance themselves, and they must show the certificates for their insurance when making the entry.
10.2 Chinese players (including HKSAR, MSAR, Chinese Taipei players), can handle their own accident insurance ,and also they can ask the Organizer to do the insurance for them with paying RMB 10.
10.3 During the race, an ambulance will be set up by the designated location along the track; and there will be a roving medical service motorbike on the track to assist the injured players.
11.Time for making entry, practice and technical meeting
11.1 Making Entry time: July 14, 2017 the whole day.
11.2 Location of making Entry.

Participants: Representatives of WIC representatives of the Organizing Committee, Jury and the Referee Staffs of the
Competition Dep. Team Leaders, Coaches and Athlete Representatives.
12. Registration fee
Each participant will be required to pay RMB 100 at the time of making registration.
If rollers need the Organizer to make the “accident insurance” instead, they must pay another RMB 10 for it ,the players who participate in the mini-group will only pay RMB 10, no registration fee for them.
13. Transportation and accommodation
13.1.Travel expenses paid by the participants themselves.
13.2 During the race, the Organizer will arrange the return transportation between the designated Hotel to the track, and the transportation for the official activities. The 0rganizer will not be responsible for transportation of the accommodters who were outside the designated Hotel.
13.3 The cost of accommodation paid by participants themselves.

13.4 Organizer will Provide a portion of refreshments for each player; water supplying at the water points.
14.Visa matters
Persons need to be helped about visa, must submit an application to the Organizer 3 weeks in advance, with name, gender, age, occupation, and passport number and other information on the application.
15.The Referee and the Judges will be appointed by China Roller Skating Association. Their Entry time will be informed in time.

17.Rights Reserved by the Organizer
The Organizer reserve the rights to use the photo, audio & vidio materials,etc.of all rollers for the purpose of promoting the roller sports; rollers Registration & entry have been made, shall be regarded as your acceptance of all the articles of this Regulations
